Return/Exchange Policy
You have the option of exchanging or returning product(s) within 20 days of
receipt of the item for a full refund of the original purchase price of the
item(s) you are returning. Claims for damaged or defective product(s) or
for items missing from your order must be made within 5 business days of receipt
of merchandise.
Refunds to credit cards will be applied once we receive the product. Please
allow 7 to 10 days for credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Please read all the conditions below on how to return product(s). If
you do not follow the conditions below, Backdrop Supply reserves the right to
refuse the return or charge a restocking fee of 20%.
How to Return a Product: In order to exchange or return a
product, you must first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number
from Backdrop Supply.To
request an RMA number send an email to:
with your name and order number.We will email you a RMA number that
must be clearly written on the outside of the box you are using to ship the
product back to Backdrop Supply.
Ship the product(s) back via insured ground service with a tracking number.
The RMA number must
be clearly written on the outside of the shipping box.
Include a
copy of your invoice and the reason you are returning the product(s) inside the
shipping box.
Return
shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible
for lost or damaged packages.

Rules
All exchanged or returned products must be returned in new condition,
in their original box, with all accessories, manuals and packing material.
Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the
same product.
RMA numbers are valid for 10 days.
Backdrop Supply is not responsible for any consequential or incidental
damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us.
We are only responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise.
